These Double Action deep Drawing Presses have infinitely variable Die Cushion from the bottom for fine control of Draw Operation on Draw Quality MS, CS & SS sheets. The Press body is of sturdy portal construction through strong welding and needs no Tie Rods, Preloading & Tightening. A Well Guided cushion Housing held on top of the Ram & the cushion cylinder gives variable cushion tonnage. The Hydraulic systems is generally situated on top of the Press minimising the floor space occupied by the press.
